HOA Approval and City of Weston Roofing Permits
A Weston reroof will undergo at least two separate reviews. The first is your community association's architectural committee, which governs how the roof looks. The second is the city building permit, filed with Weston's Building Code and Permitting Services Department, which enforces the Florida Building Code and Broward County regulations. The association review comes first, because the city requires the approval letter on file.

The architectural submission typically needs the community's own application form, our license and insurance certificates, the product specification with its approval documentation, a color sample, and photographs of the existing roof.
